摘要

随着改革开放的不断深入和时常经济的蓬勃发展，在我国的汽车保有

量以每年14.98%的速度递增。然而，二手车市场是一个巨大的汽车市场，

它影响整个汽车产业和社会生活的诸多方面，同时也对政府制定和调整汽

车产业政策有着重要的影响，但是我国的二手车市场起步比较晚，然而当

前二手车市场正处于高速发展时期,这其中不乏二手车市场的现状存在的问

题，但是由于二手车的复杂性,二手车市场所表现出来的问题错综复杂。针

对单一问题的解决办法的后果往往是老问题刚解决,新的问题又出现了。因

此,需要从产生二手车市场问题的根源着手,用系统的方法给予解决。所以本

文是从二手车现状中发现问题，进而针对这些问题做些实际性的解决方法，

再从这些问题中分析出对二手车将来的发展提出建议。

Abstract

14.98% per year. However, a second-hand market is a huge car market,

it affects the whole car industry and many aspects of social life,

but also for the government to develop and coordinate auto industry

policy has important influence, but China's used car market started

quite late, but the current used car market is experiencing a high

growth period, this there is no lack of among them a second-hand

market existing problems, but because of the complexity of the

second-hand car, a second-hand market expressed by the complex

problem. For single solution to the problem of consequences is often

old problems first resolve, the new problem appeared again. Therefore,

we need to produce a second-hand market from the root of the problem

began, with the method of system to solve. So this article is from

used car found in present situation, and then to solve these problems

do some practical solutions, and again from these problems in the

analysis of the future development of the used car are proposed
